Meet Halina
Halina Catherine is a designer renowned for her luxury, high-end custom design. She is celebrated not just for design but also for architecture and decoration, and her national and international projects have been photographed and published online and in magazines.
She completed her education in Fashion Design and Business Studies in Boston with the opportunity of travelling to many luxury destinations where she was dazzled and intrigued by exotic architecture and design. Halina successfully undertook event planning and fundraising before embarking on a 30-year career designing versatile and inspiring interiors.
Halina evokes the ambience of “informally formal” by creating the unique harmony of an exquisite space that’s elegantly comfortable. Always designing in harmony with the energy of the surrounding space, she draws on a childhood spent on the family horse farm, absorbing the authentic beauty of nature and a deep appreciation for historical art, classical architecture and artisan craftsmanship. Halina delights in building a fresh contemporary look into a historic foundation. Seeking out reclaimed and recreated historic pieces, she interlaces high-end natural textures to evoke a harmonic essence.
